Meanwhile, set a timer for 10 minutes. As you watch the time elapse, focus on just three things that you could start working on right now. Once you’ve decided on your top three priorities, think of the one task you could easily tackle immediately. Then get busy. Stop thinking and start doing.
Similarly, if you complete that one thing–or even just a fraction. You’ll feel such a sense of self-esteem and confidence that you’ll want to continue. You will have proven to yourself that you’re in control.
